New one case of warning for shop operators: Button solution is valid starting from August

The so-called button solution was already adopted in March 2012 by Bundestag and Bundesrat. The appropriate law comes into force on 1 August, so that any longer much time does not remain for shop operators to around-add the new defaults and avoid warnings in such a way.
